TSL Group enlisted S.O.P Consulting to provide Consultancy services to improve the Delivery Capabilities of the Group’s Operational Managers. Following strategic diagnoses and internal identification of capability gaps, we developed a comprehensive Programme aimed at improving these Delivery Capabilities.

Premised on linking Strategy to Operations, the Programme sought to break down high-level goals, into meaningful, relatable and motivating targets to be pursed at a Team level as well as at Individual levels.

Focusing on practical approaches to Strategy Delivery, the Programme covered such aspects as the full Strategic Management Process, Strategy Execution, The Discipline of Getting Things Done, Strategy Monitoring & Evaluation as well as Guarding Against Strategy Failure.

Using case studies, as well as practical operational challenges, the facilitation was done in a highly interactive manner, ensuring all Managers actively participate through sharing their lived experiences.
