Capability Development is critical to improving the quality of work from Staff. Proton Bakers engaged S.O.P Consulting to develop and facilitate a Customized Supervisory Development Programme as well as a Management Development Programme.

The Supervisory Development Programme was targeted at Operational Supervisors with the responsibility of driving Operations. Using a highly practical approach, S.O.P Consulting facilitated the Programme over an extended learning period, ensuring detailed drill-down and mastering of concepts.

The Management Development Programme was targeted at Functional Heads within the organization. The main focus of the Programme was on synergizing Strategic Understanding with Operational Excellence in order to drive superior business results.

The Customized Programmes dealt with practical challenges that Supervisors and Managers face in the organization. S.O.P Consulting emphasized solution-oriented learning, where Operational problems are diagnosed for the sole purpose of finding a solution – the focus is on the solution.
