Project: Regional Performance Management Training

S.O.P Consulting were engaged to design, develop and facilitate a 5-day workshop for a diverse group of participants. The Strategy Execution and Performance Management Workshop was targeted at Institutional Executives and Human Resources Professionals within Central Banks and Ministries of Finance within MEFMI Member Countries.

Workshop Participants came from Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Using blended learning approaches, the Consultants delivered a highly engaging and impactful workshop. With a such diverse Group, the Consultants facilitated cross-learning, where Participants learned from practical experiences drawn from different institutions in different countries. We also shared practical and tested approaches to executing business Strategy through Performance Management, ensuring delivery of business results.
