Talent drives organizational performance and securing the right talent is critical. Since 2020, S.O.P Consulting has been retained by COMESA and its Institutions for Talent Acquisition for its Professional Staff. As a Regional Economic Community with 21 Member States, the catchment area for talent is vast and the Talent Acquisition process itself becomes very complex and challenging. This demands robust competencies and high-level expertise.
We have managed to administer comprehensive end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. This included various Candidate Suitability Assessments like Written Interview Assessments, Psychometric Testing as well as Oral Interview Assessments. With 3 official languages in the 21 Member States, we have also administered multi-lingual Candidate assessments as well as Reporting.
We administered physical Recruitment processes, Virtual Recruitment processes as well as Hybrid processes. Finally, we also supported the Onboarding process.
