Tongaat Hulett Zimbabwe enlisted the services of S.O.P Consulting to implement a Staff Development Programme for its TH Hospitality Strategic Business Unit. The main objective of the Programme was to provide TH Hospitality Staff with essential Professional Work Ethics that are vital in the Service industry. The Staff Development Programme was also aimed at inculcating a culture of Service Excellence within the SBU.
The Programme was designed and facilitated for both Front and Back-Office Staff. This was important in order to ensure the establishment of smooth and efficient workflows, thereby delivering a delightful customer experience. Using a “faculty approach” our Consultants facilitated the training using different approaches including lectures, case studies, group discussions, gamification as well as role-playing. These facilitation approaches ensured effective learning. Practical operational challenges were also used to achieve real-life and high-impact learning.
