Responsible for providing technical guidance in legal, insurance, and regulatory matters at a corporate level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting of legal and regulatory documentation.
- Liaison with insurance, legal, and regulatory bodies
- Dealing with labor-related issues
- Tracking the progress of all legal cases
- Provide legal advisory services to the Departments
- Oversee insurance claims applications and administration
- Oversee all compliance matters
- Review of marketing, tenancy, and supplier contracts
- Draft communications with third parties as necessary
- Collation and management of Supplier KYC documentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputable University
- At least 5 years in a legal and administrative environment
- Excellent drafting skills
- Attention to detail
