Job Purpose To provide specialist HR support services to the various SBUs within the Group

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Provide technical HR support to Line Managers in the Operating Units
  • Lead the deployment and administration of Digital HR Processes and Systems
  • Synchronize HR management systems across the Group
  • Manage the Digital HR Budgeting, Reporting and Communication systems
  • Ensure proper induction of Staff in the use of digital HR processes
  • Provide input into the development HR Policies, SOPs & guide Staff in their application
  • Facilitate Talent Acquisition across the Group using cutting edge technologies & approaches
  • Assist in Job design, Analysis and Job Descriptions development and reviews, in line with clearly defined competency frameworks
  • Maintain the Job Evaluation system
  • Manage Staff Employment Life Cycle
  • Provide Secretarial services to the Works Council

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  •  Knowledge of HR Modules in ERPs

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  •  Relevant Social Science degree
  •  HR Management qualification-Diploma level
  •  IPMZ membership
  •  Good analytical and reporting skills
  •  Digital Skills Certification

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  •  3 years post study experience
  •  Financial Sector experience is a distinct advantage
