Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence in Customs Clearing and Forwarding Services. The role will also involve collaborating with the Operations Team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Market Research & Analysis
  2. Develop strategic insights to guide business growth.
  3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  4. Client Relationship Management
  5. Collaboration with Operations & Finance Teams
  6. Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
  7. Prepare monthly and quarterly business development reports for senior management
  8. Provide training on market intelligence and lead conversion techniques

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management in logistics, customs, or forwarding services
  3. Knowledge of customs legislation and procedures is highly desirable
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
