KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, Human Resources, or any relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B business development or sales experience
- Experience in Professional services is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of HR services and business challenges
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
