KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement HR Policies and Procedures
- Recruitment and Selection (permanent, contract)
- Management of Employment Contracts
- Payroll Administration
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance (NSSA, ZIMRA, NEC, Labour Act)
- Manage Staff Performance
- Industrial Relations Management and Staff Wellness
- Manage all HR Issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management
- 3+ years HR experience in Zimbabwe (Service/Retail/FMCG preferred)
- Expertise in Zimbabwe labour laws, NSSA, PAYE, and pension schemes
- Proficiency in payroll software (Pastel Payroll or similar)
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce (cleaners, drivers, etc.)
- Knowledge of SHE compliance for cleaning staff
