- Develop sector-specific sales strategies for services (cleaning/sanitary disposal) and products (consumables/detergents).
Revenue Growth
- Achieve quarterly sales targets as agreed
- Diversify client portfolio (70% new clients / 30% existing expansion)
Client Life-cycle Management
- Lead end-to-end sales: prospecting → proposal development → contract negotiation → onboarding
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless service delivery
Strategic Partnerships
- Forge alliances with property managers, facility management firms, and industrial suppliers.
- Represent the company at trade expos (e.g., ZAS, Mine Entra, ZITF).
Market Intelligence
- Monitor various market dimensions in the cleaning sector
- Provide monthly reports on pipeline growth, sector trends, and regulatory shifts
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in B2B sales/service expansion (cleaning, FM, industrial supplies, or related)
- Track Record – Proven success in opening new enterprise accounts
