Collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll provide expertise in Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Policies, Training, Organizational Development, etc.
Qualifications
University Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or related fields. Relevant Professional Qualifications in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development will be an added advantage
Experience
A minimum of three (3) years HR practice. Specific hands-on experience in Recruitment and Training processes will be a distinctive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Clients to assess HR needs and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic initiatives
- Provide guidance and support on various HR issues
- Design and facilitate Training Programmes to enhance skills and capabilities
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters
