You’ll be responsible for managing multiple brands/ portfolios with Sales and Marketing functions for the Business Unit, ensuring the achievement of targets that contribute to the overall SBU Strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy in line with business goals
  2. Develop and capacitate Key Distributors by driving effective coverage and distribution
  3. Manage Trade Channels across the country, ensuring the right product mix at the right channel, at the right price
  4. Implement effective strategies to grow specific and overall product distribution and penetration rates
  5. Effective management of all Major Accounts
  6. Negotiate Pricing Models with Major Accounts in line with Business Pricing Strategies
  7. Evaluate potential business partners and negotiate payment terms and structures
  8. Approve all SBU marketing and promotional activities
  9. Manage subordinates’ performance in line with business strategy, business plans, and budgets
  10. Develop and implement effective Customer feedback systems, and corrective action mechanisms
  11. Assist the Finance Department in Debt Collection

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in an FMCG environment with distributive trade channel knowledge
  • Strong proven leadership capabilities and productive team management
  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiating, selling, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven and solution-oriented
  • Experience in handling large portfolios and key distributors within the FMCG sector
