You’ll be responsible for managing multiple brands/ portfolios with Sales and Marketing functions for the Business Unit, ensuring the achievement of targets that contribute to the overall SBU Strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy in line with business goals
- Develop and capacitate Key Distributors by driving effective coverage and distribution
- Manage Trade Channels across the country, ensuring the right product mix at the right channel, at the right price
- Implement effective strategies to grow specific and overall product distribution and penetration rates
- Effective management of all Major Accounts
- Negotiate Pricing Models with Major Accounts in line with Business Pricing Strategies
- Evaluate potential business partners and negotiate payment terms and structures
- Approve all SBU marketing and promotional activities
- Manage subordinates’ performance in line with business strategy, business plans, and budgets
- Develop and implement effective Customer feedback systems, and corrective action mechanisms
- Assist the Finance Department in Debt Collection
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in an FMCG environment with distributive trade channel knowledge
- Strong proven leadership capabilities and productive team management
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiating, selling, and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven and solution-oriented
- Experience in handling large portfolios and key distributors within the FMCG sector
